Client Account Manager [CAM]

Building relationship and generating sales revenue

Roles and Responsibility:

  1. To identify and develop prospects.
  2. To build relationship with clients and prospects in order to generate sales
  3. To develop proposals and/or other supporting documents in order to propose solution to clients and prospects
  4. To conduct presentation to clients and prospects to facilitate better understanding of the proposed solutions.
  5. To develop, review and maintain contractual documents.
  6. To partner with Consulting and Support teams to ensure successful project implementations.
  7. To take the role as a liason officer during project implementation.
Qualifications :
  1. Minimum S1/Bachelor degree from any discipline/major, S2/Master degree will be a plus.
  2. Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  3. Computer Literacy (Ms. Office).
  4. Minimum 2 years working experience in a medium to large organization at a tactical leader level. Experience in a sales roles is preferable.

Consultant

Delivering and managing Talent Management Services, within the scope of Selection/Assessment, Learning and Development and Strategic Human Capital Consulting areas.

Roles and Responsibility:

  1. Developing solutions that meet clients needs and requirements, utilizing DDI's methodology and other research solid methodology.
  2. Conducting program delivery, utilizing DDI's methodology and other reasearch solid methodology.
  3. Project management to maintain highest standard of delivery.
  4. Build and maintain relationship with clients.
  5. Continously develop skills and professionalism in project delivery.
  6. Provide sales support in project development phase.
Qualifications :
  1. Minimum S1/Bachelor degree from any discipline/major, S2/Master degree will be a plus.
  2. Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  3. Computer Literacy (Ms. Office).
  4. Minimum 5 years working experience in a medium to large organization at a tactical leader level. Experience in a multinational company is preferable.
  5. Project based.
